My concern is management taking care of their "friends" vs. the quiet, hard working employee. We have all seen it happen where the quiet employee who gets his work done gets more delegated to him while the slackers go play golf with the boss. There are lots of social employees who don't deserve the promotions but get them anyway. The question is, can management be fair? How will they fairly rate the employees? Will the anti-social hard working employee get the raises they deserve or be bypassed because they blend with the wall paper? I do believe we need a simplier hiring procedure that will put employees into vacant positions in less than 30 days from start to finish.
