The "Good Ole Boy network should really prosper with one person having this much power. Our supervisor already positioned all his fishing buddys into lead jobs. I can't wait to see who will get that 6% raise when the new system is in place. I'm just glad I'm close to retirement. I worked in Private Industry for over 20 years before being layed off. I started over in civil service and found that It's who you know, not what you know that counts most when moving up the chain.
