I do not view this as a better pay system. It puts the evaluation of an employee directly in relationship of how well that employee gets along with his supervisor. You can be the best worker out there but if you don't get along with your supervisor he can give you the worst rating and you have no appeal process. How can this possible be a unbias way of grading performance.
