I am almost afraid to make a comment because I've already been riffed two times. I have a college degree but cannot seem to get anyone to notice. This is a very unfair proposal I feel this proposal is unfair because there already is so much favoritism going on now and this will just make things worse. I work hard and feel like I am being punished because I won't "kiss a_s" to get anywhere at Tinker. I am too old to go looking for another job but at the rate this place is going I will probably be riffed and lose every thing again. This has not been approached as nepotism but it is the same thing because you are not graded on what you do but how "challenging to authority" you might be. If you happen to disagree with anyone in authority, you challenge that authority, who in turn gives you a bad evaluation. This is not fair. We each have ideas that may differ and we should be able to say something without being demoted,so to speak. This is another way to hold the good people who work hard back and because someone is liked more, not that they have the experience, he/she is promoted. I can see this as a way to get rid of the people who just draw a paycheck (there's plenty of that going on, that's for sure.) but that is not what will happen, because those people do "suck up" or they wouldn't still be here and/or get promoted and that is exactly what does happen at Tinker.
