Nowhere in this document does it discuss the proposed status for retired disabled veterans and how their inability to be deployed will relate to performance based ratings. Can you please identify the Official Government Position on this topic? Otherwise will the government position be violating the civil employment rights of retired disable veterans? IN ADDITION: Nowhere in this document does it reference the Five Year Policy for overseas employment of civilians. Is it a correct interpretation that the Five Year Policy will be deleted since personnel serving overseas are signing deployment statements and that they are there at the benefit of the government? Can you please indicate in the document how this policy will be affected? FURTHERMORE: How will retired disabled veterans be compared to others when performing the same workload efforts stateside; will they be discriminated against and have inherently lower performance based ratings because they cannot deploy?
