Docket Number: NSPS-2005-001 RIN 3206-AK76 or 790-AH82 I do not understand how in our country you can treat our civil service people the way you are wanting to do under this docket. For the most part these are men and women that have given years of their life to protect what you have but yet you are wanting to take away basically all their security in their jobs and contract out their work. How can you live with such a decision They were ready and willing when they were needed but now you see this as a way to do away with them. Where is your loyalty to the ones that fought for your freedoms Would you want this to be the rules you work by? Rita Lynn Mousty
