Dear sirs, We civilian work force for the government do not have the option for strikes or any other option, except the union to help with any problems we might encounter. Your new nsps system is going to give total performance ratings for the workers to are supervision along with any other judjement. If all your supervision were of great mind. It might be a good idea, nsps. Also what is going to keep the buddy system between worker and supervisor, from affecting the other workers who probaly do a better job, and recieve nothing. Also being a mechanic for over 23 yrs for the government. You need to keep specialist in there fields. Because all people are not equal. Some cant handle the harder jobs. Are figure them out. Making 1 person doing everything is a bad idea. I am sure back in the day, this was figured out and that is when a pilot was a pilot, and a engine mechanic was a mechanic. Please dont mess with are pay, and take all the rights the worker has left with the government. All we have left is the union and it is not much, but does give us a chance to look at a problem before supervision cuts are throats, The person in the work place usually has a good idea what is best in his work place. Thank you.
