Comments:
I beleive that the new NSPS personnel system is another attack on government employees by the Bush administration. It is not fair and is being shoved down our throat. Federal employees were asked to vote on this system a couple of years ago and turned it down by a large percentage. The AFGE was not allowed any input on it's regulations. There is nothing wrong with the current system.
