Sir, if you are to inact the NSPS please review the part about the way that you wish evailuations of employee pay by management it to be done. I am one of many D.A. Police Officers that are conserned by this part. We have enough trouble with bias by management in the way people are job rated. Now you want to give them totle control over the main things that keep us loyal to the job? If I had wanted to work for a Police Department with the "Good Old Boy" system in place I would have went to work for a civilian Department. I came to work hopefull of being able to work and enjoy my my job but as it stand right now if this system is inacted Myself and other Officers who have Civilian Police backgrounds and not Military Police backgrounds can forget about any type of pay raises no matter how good your preformance is. I am not saying that the Nsps would be bad as a whole, But you should remove it from the table and reavailuate it and back the changes that are needed to safe guard against the abuse that anyone with half a brain can see coming.
