Labor Relations and Employee Engagements and Appeals; under NSPS will set Federal Workers back 50 years, severely restricting rights that have been part of Federal Law for many years for exactly that reason, to protect Federal Workers. The NSPS will not improve Homeland Security but will enable Managers and Supervisors to wield power over their subordinates. The good old boy network and the fraternal orginazations that are intrenched within Management will flourish. If your Boss doesn't like the way you part your hair or agree with your religion,you WON'T get a raise and the safety net that is in place now for Appeals and Greivences will be ineffective.
