Everything is acceptable, under several conditions, as stated as follows. Any person or persons that have been affected by any downsizing or RIF, Etc. in the past, should not be affected by these changes that are stated here. They should be left alone and be made to continue their lives as they are living now. Let someone else be affected by these changes.Their lives have been messed up enough already. It is not fair that they cannot be in the job or grade that they were before this happened or even be allowed to compete for it. It cost them a chance at at better life and more pay...Please Do Not Let This Happen Again!!!!! Thank you
