Comments:
As a whole, I do not agree to the NSPS implementation. I am all for taking certain powers away from AFPC such as promotions and awards and job placements. And putting that power back into the hands of the supervisors. I think it is important that the performance raises be put into effect, this will eliminate Joe Slow from receiving the same incentive bonuses and awards and raises as Jane Quick. That is one of the biggest draw backs to working for the government. There is still too many confusing areas to be able to set into place so soon.
