I have just been to a meeting and I do not think that this is the way to go . The pay ,the way it is, is fare , if its done by performance it will not be fare if some one just doesns't like you. Allso if it means sending a person over sea with out a doctor permission is not good , some of the personal are not cut out to do the job out of the country
