Comments:
I oppose my pay being set by my supervisor. It will be very discriminatory. There is no way my supervisor will not be ruled by his emotions or outside influences. At least with the current system I know I’m going to get a step increase after the specified waiting period between steps. I agree with rewarding superior job performance. But the current system is already doing this with performance awards.
