Page 7560, The rating methodolgy system and table 2 will not work.Presently funding for work assignments is based on DOD funding and bill passage. Many times in the past the work comes in late or never at all.The work cycle and work load is not constant and consistent. There is no way that an objective overview of a person's performance can be done or compared with another when the work is not distributed equally. This performance rating methodology will be a sham.
