I personally feel it is UNFAIR that Oklahoma has been volunteered to be the ginny pig for pay banding. I feel that we should keep the cost of living increase. How does the government expect to remain conpetative if they can't keep up with the salary of jobs in the commerical world. It's bad enough we are already behind in pay, this will cause a disparage in people and cause a lot of people to retire a lot sooner than they anticipated and also cause critial shortages and increased pressure and stress in the work environment. I SAY NO TO PAY BANDING.
