Comments:
In regard to the proposed National Security Personnel System (NSPS) regulations that were formally published in the Federal Register on 14 February 2005, I am vehemently opposed to ALL of these proposed changes to the current civilian human resources system. In my opinion, NSPS is detrimental to all Civil Service workers. As a civilian employee for several years, I am very happy with our current civilian human resources system (such as wage grade and step promotions.) I oppose the implementation of NSPS and I urge you to act to instruct the Secretary of Defense to halt any further development of NSPS.
