I would never want to be at the mercy of a supervisor for a pay increase. This will be like "Rome". The reason it fell was because it was corrupted from within. Welcome to that world. This will be one of the biggest disasters to hit government employees. There are so many irrational areas in this system that I find it hard to believe it ever made it this far. It really only proves one thing to those of us that "work" for a living. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Do not implement these pay changes for DOD employees. I could go on and on regarding the reasons why this is an unfair, but I think you get the idea. THINK. PLEASE
