Comments:
I totally reject the proposed new personnel system. Employees already have to contend with unfair, unprofessional and rude supervisors who are bent on humiliating employees, one on one and especially in the public domain. Under the new and/or proposed personnel system, unless the employee is in the "select group of the supervisor", it is my very strong opinion that one's grade would be reduced or one would be fired. The Awards Program is not for all who merit recognition. Under this system, one would not be concerned with awards, rather, the concern would be on how to stay employed.
