I think the new changes put in place with NSPS, is very unfair to the civilian work force. It show nothing for appreciation for the years of service, or the experience it is about to lose. I see it as hurting the customer as well as the employee. Starting for a more stressful working enviorment, causing more illness, no morale, no hope for promotion. This is suppose to be a free country, so why treat the people that work for your governement any worse. We are already unpaid, not appreciated, thought of as the minority already. You work day after day with people whether military or civilian already stretched out, unable to voice their opinion. This ia making the buddy buddy system official. You hardly make enough to afford the co-pay for doctor visit and medicine. Also the cost of living being a single parent, trying to make end meet. Now you might have deploy because of your job, or because management don't want their buddy to go. We are not trained or signed up to go out to try to defend our country, it hard enough to try every day life. I don't even why I am writing this because nobody listen to the little people(we are only civilians).
