My comments are not just for a specific section of this proposal but for it's contents as a hole. I feel that this proposal in NOT fare in a lot of ways, I know this new way of doing our pay system is designed to make our lives (the employees) better in the way we get promotions, awards and even the way we get hired, but we need to really need to look at the big picture for example If you have a manager or chief that DO NOT beleave in preformace appraisal or within grades, a employees might not move or get any where for years, some superviors don't believe in these things and you peoples know this. And what about the supervior that is NOT liked my HIS supervior this would in fact spill over to the way the supervior enter acts with his/her employee, and let's not for get the supervior who is attacted to his/her employee if the employee dose not submit to the superviors advances this will cause un fare treatment to the employee. and employee can be fired for NOT reason and let face it you know that happens now but the only differents is that the supervior has to prove it, there will not have to be ANY proof from the supervior only his/her words and maybe a few written statements. This new system is taking away ALOTT of the employees RIGHTS. The pons, little people, worker bees or should I say the TRUE WORKERS will suffer not all of them but can you see what can happen giving that kind of power to some of the superviors we have? the big wigs have NOTHING to worry about only the little people, who is going to watch out for them.
