Perhaps my being a dedicated federal employee for some 32 years just doesn't mean a hill of beans. Upon reading the dismantling changes proposed as the National Security Personnel System, I can only conclude the impact on all DOD employees to be NEGATIVE to the extreme. The proposed total control of eliminating the unions and treating all DOD employees like inmates is obviously in the forseen future and totally appaulling. The proposed changes will create undesirable working conditions and will not only not attract the best and brightest, but may not even retain the current professional workforce that has continuously supported THE SOLDIER in the field defending our country.
