What specific provisions are made to ensure the fairness, objectivity, and transparency of the employee performance appraisal system in terms of raises, promotions, and adverse personnel actions, such as, demotions and RIF? 2. Section 9902.(b).(6).(G). What specific safeguards are provided to ensure that the management of the system is based on employee's performance alone, and not on some extraneous factors, such as, a supervisor's personal likes,dislikes and prejudices of an employee's race, sex, religion, national origin or behavioral factors ? 3. Section 9902.(b).(6).(I). What specific provisions are made to ensure the fairness, objectivity, and transparency of the pay for performance evaluation system to better link individual pay to performance, and to provide an equitable method for appraising and compensating employees? 4.
