Comments:
We civilans support the active/reserve duty personnel and our pay should be similar to their pay. Taking away our annual COLA increases and longevity pay is absurd when soldiers still receive it. If you are going to treat us like them continue you to pay us like them. Having more flexibility over civilians should not equal taking away our annual pay raises.
