I feel that the government's process of hiring and keeping talented workers from the private sector, but are they willing to lose the talent they have now. Employee complaints can be invitation for dismissal if your boss doesn't like you. So it would be best to just shut up or leave. If your supervisor doesn't have his way, he can cut 10% of your salary. Doing what you feel is right is out the window. The people that will benefit the most from this plan are the do nothing, boot licking, yes men (or woman) in the government. The ones that do the work so you can see it instead of doing the work thats needs to be done. A lot of the work being done around the nation right is done by an unknown worker. The one that will go that extra mile to make sure that the job is done right. He won't get the recognition, but because he's not in the limelight, he could take a pay cut. I believe the government is asking for trouble. Instead hearing the opinions of most of the people, to keep the position, you will the opinion of the ones in charge. Is that what the government wants?
