I am not submitting my name because of confidencial information I am about to discuss. Several years ago I won an EEO suit along with three additional adendems for retaliation. If this law was to have been in effect I would have been fired and my situation would never have been resolved. I also would not have received my pay increases. This change gives Federal Employees NO standing for any protections.
