Okay, here we go. Let's see, because of the sins of our fellow man we have had to endure mandatory annual classes for Prevention of Sexual Harrassment (POSH), Consideration of Others (CO2), Ethics and a multitude of other courses aimed to improving the performance and behavior of the work force while protecting the rights of others. So, what type of mandatory training will be made available to those managers who wouldn't recognise valid work ethics if it hit them on the head? Go with the plan, give your speeches and then sit back and wait. I hope you have a very special training class ready.
