Workforce Shaping - Subpart F, the area concerning minimum RIF competitive area: Line of Business seems to be the latest buzz word, but there's no definition anywhere. Also, from my experience in manpower/personnel, there's no way I would ever accept an Operation and Maintenance, Army (OMA)-funded job, since OMA is always the funding line that's reduced. I foresee difficult recruiting OMA-funded positions, and I'm certain this occurs in the other Services as well.
