Comments:
To streamline and accelerate the recruitment/hiring process could compromise security. The investigation process and time requirements to obtain a security clearance for high criteria positions have been forgotten in this proposal. Accelerated hiring and accelerated security clearances is not a good process. Someone needs to re-think this process. If there is such a need for a accelerated/hiring process those positions need to be identified and singled out, every position within DOD and OPM should not required such processes.
