Comments:
You say this new system will encourage young people to work for the government. I do not agree with you on this point. A lot of the rights and benefits that attracts a person to work for the government will be striped from us under this new system. I agree we need a better way to hire a person off the streets without all the red tape. But doing away with our benefits like Cost of Living Raise and Locality Pay is not the answer. I don’t see Congress giving up any of these raises.
