The definition of performance in 9901.103 includes the term "behavior". If I were to evaluate our elected officials based on this premis at this time in their push to implement the NSPS despite the issues seen in the Homeland Security personnel who are under its vice, I would grade them as #1 Lacks integrity. #2 Not trustworthy #3. A security risk, can be influenced without regard to right or wrong. So those who have this power -the say if NSPS is implemented or put in the recycle bin where it belongs, were under the NSPS and I were reviewing what your trying to shovel. You all get a pink slip! When election time comes around I plan to make my voice heard and what you do with this issue will be the #1 decission maker if I put you back on the hill or not.
