Comments:
As a minority female Hispanic, I totally agreed with NOT implementing NSPS. I am very concerned with the proposed “Friend of the Supervisor Pay System”. Currently we have our unions to go to or EEO. While the current system is not perfect, If NSPS gets implemented minorities are going to be at a grave disadvantage. We will have fewer and fewer promotions and we are not going to get bonuses or pay increases. Studies on management practices indicate that managers hire and promote people like them and we are certainly not one of them. God helps us with this new act of unfairness and discrimination.
