Comments:
I believe we are wasting so much time, money and energy to revamp an entire system which, for the most part, works as is. It's fair to everyone, pay scales are known and published, and it keeps employees and management in check. Certainly, some changes may be necessary, such as limiting the amount of red tape involved in dismissing an employee who has several documented insubordinations. The current system ensures fairness. NSPS does not.
