Comments:
I am concerned with the stress this will put on teamwork, everyone will be to concerned with whether they are doing a good enough job than the next person. Although there is no system I have encountered that can stop favoritism, I have seen it first hand and feel that this system will allow more of it. I've seen a hard working individual voted by his peers to get a knucklebuster award for his efforts, and the next month get a low appraisal because the supervisor didn't like him for whatever reason. Just don't forget that every year Health ins., Taxes, Fuel, Interest etc... rises. It's sad when you have to work two jobs just to make ends meet.
