Comments:
I am currently an ACC asset on an AFMC base, and we are paid by ACC funding. Since ACC give a certain amount for civilian employees, then we are shafted on any money allowcated for performance. I feel that your program will hurt those of us not paid under the new system. I feel you should leave well enough alone until you can show how everyone can get a fair shake withour knowing or being part of the inside clan.
