Comments:
I believe this new system will be very bias. I do not think it will boost morale. With technology changing, we need to concentrate on making sure our employees are getting the training they need to do their jobs. We need to concentrate on getting updated equipment. We do not need to change the personnel process. As it is, in some districts, we have to make appointments just to talk to an HR representative. In this district there are contractors working in HR and they are not always informative.
