Once again the Gov. workers are treated like garbage! If this plan goes into place. No body will want to work for Uncle Sam. Nothing but Bad News all the time! Homeland security isn't helping with this type of Terrorism. Why is it we don't have enough $$ to pay our own people But, we have plenty to waste over seas. Civil Service is doomed!!
