Comments:
I do not agree with the NSPS plan. It will take away my rights as a veteran and civil service employee. It will give OPM opportunity to elimate civil service jobs and transfer them over to contactors. From what I have seen of contractors,the government is not benifiting from contactors. It will give upper management more rights and the workers no rights. If you do go ahead with the NSPS program, you might as well do away with the whole Civil Service Sytem and contact evrything. Then see what will happen.
