Concerning the NSPS, in my opinion will not only save the government some money but will force employees out. The in grade increases for some employees is the only promotion they receive. Now this system puts you at the mercy of one supervisor which really stinks especially if one is not well liked, it's sad but true. At this time employees are not rewarded for their work efforts and this system will worsen this situation. My comments are not because I'm one of those individuals, I see how the system if failing now and I believe it will continue to decline. Currently supervisors are rating employees that have no idea of the duties they perform. I fail to see how this system will help employees clearly it must be to say dollars. If this system if set in motion to attract highly trained employees what about the ones that will be left behind again is it about money? So if the plan is to weed out you will be successfull!!!
