My main concern is that managers do not have to give anyone a chance to improve if they think the employee is not performing as they should which will probably lead to that employee getting fired and little to no avenues to for recourse. I'm afraid that it may become too easy to fire someone "just bacause" and possibly leave good, harworking employees who don't "play the game" out in the cold. Thanks.
