1. 9901.372 It's difficult to assess the pay band system when we don't know what the actual dollar ranges are for each pay band and what the local market supplements are for specific geographic areas and occupations. Will we get a chance to comment on the actual rates? 2. 9901.409 Recommend adding a clause that allows subordinates to provide ratings on their supervisors and managers pertaining to the supervisor/manager's performance in accordance with 9901.406(c)
