The word "contemporary" is used at least 6 times to describe the system being established under these rules. Since this word has many conotations beyond the dictionary definition of the word, it is important that a specific definition be provided. Without being provided with a description of what part of contemporary culture or process the drafters are stiving to emulate, readers cannot know their intent. Without a specific definition, the use of the word "contemporary" has little meaning.
