Comments:
-Employees will be in constant competion with each other not only for promotions but for pay. -Those of us who have been in the government service know that this is another version of the "GOOD OLE BOY" system that has been around for years. All that matters in the end is how well your boss likes you. It doesn't matter what you know but who! -With this new plan we will no longer be receiving a COLA every year. Our pay is less than the private sector as it is and now we will not be getting anything.
