Performance- Base Pay 9901.341 9901.342 9901.343 9901.344 9901.345 A giant step backward, we had an appraisal performance system it did not work! It was replaced with a pass or fail system. With the power you have given the supervisors with this NSPS they will beat personnel up. Then the will help their friends or who they want to. The old system we had looks just like this new NSPS Performance-Based Pay. The reference to the NSPS is the GOOD OLD BOY SYSTEM IS BACK! Need some way to make sure that the right personnel are rewarded and the correct personnel not rewarded.
