I have read the NSPS proposals published on February 14th. As an American citizen I find the union-busting tenor of the document most unfortunate and somewhat shocking. DoD employees and their unions are not the enemy; they've successfully supported the military for decades. They deserve appreciation and support, not disempowerment.
