Comments:

1. If an employee comes in to a pay band, at the top of the band, how much can they increase their pay by performance? i.e. If I am an GS11 step 10, then how much higher than 11 step ten pay will there be if GS 9's and GS 11's are banded together? I have seen no pay ranges associated to pay bands. 2. Will I be intitled to keep my alternate work schedule? Union has protected me twice from having it taken away by new management. 3. Are COLAs tied to performance or are they automatic? 4. If I am a GS12 working for a GS12, then I think my pay for performance will be limited by the pay for performance that my boss receives. He is not going to allow me his junior, to make more money than he is. How can this new system prevent this? This is a real senerio. 5. Does locality pay go away under NSPS?
