I have twenty three years of service and the current system work fine for me. President Bush perposed a new way that he think we should do business and that perposel will hurt the civilian employee. President Bush should learn to think long term, and while he's thinking don't only think about congress that gave themselves a fifty percent raise. I think he should ask the civilian employee how do they fill about his changing the system, don't fix something that not broken. we have to be ready just like him if something is happening in the world. they're bringing in contractor to do the work instead of the employee thats already here, that money waisted. It seems to me you're trying to hurt the civilian employee all the way around. What make you think that the managementwould be fare when they're not now. If it wasn't for the things that in place now we wouldn't stand a chance. So before you make a decision think seven times, because we need to do the what right for all.
