Why should I indicate specific sections in my comments when this is already a done deal? Why should I submit specific comments when NSPA has not provided us with all the damage they intend to do? Why should I trust Mr. Rumsfeld? He has no idea of what the civil service is about. He has never worked as a civil servant in the field actually providing support to the troops in a time of war. He is a politician with an agenda. His agenda has nothing to do with fairness. You are foisting a very bad deal, in bad faith on all the dedicated civil servants who are supporting our warfighters. Are you too blind to see that WE SUPPORT THE WARFIGHTERS? I am appalled at the bad faith way you left the Union out of ALL the prepatory drafting of the NSPS. I am appalled at the opacity of the process you have implemented. I am appalled at the hubris of Mr Rumsfeld. You are doing all civil servants a great disjustice. Shame on NSPS and our leaders for forcing this on us. Shame. I would be happy to sign this if all of my Whistleblower rights weren't also under attack.
