Comments:
The issuance of the National Security Personnel System (NSPS) in its' arbitrary form, which lacks specificity is so many areas, is symptomatic of the claimed ills the system is supposed to be correcting. With the lack of accountability for management decisions, inherent in the new NSPS, you have handed complete control to the same fools that have run the current personnel system, but removed any checks and balances. Anyone that had anything to do with the implementation of the new NSPS, for which they probably already have or will shortly receive some sort of award or plaque, has nothing to be proud of; unless of course the individual(s) is a proponent of Machiavelianism.
