I am completely appalled after reading the truckload of information now available, and "please help us" we don't have all the information! The only thing I can say is "Please beat me agian bossman!!". You want to saddle me with the inprompt, emotional, whims of NO ONE but my personal forman. You people have got to be kidding. This is undoughtedly the most braindead thing to come out of congress in a long time. The most accurate idea NSPS has is to be the vessel of distruction for removing all civil service personel from government employment. The people implimenting this program should be ashamed of themselves.
